To submit the results of the examination to the board of directors by pre-examination applications.
To determine the class where the adaptation will be made by taking into account the courses of the department/program in which the student who has been accepted to transfer to the transfer has been transferred before.
To give an opinion to the Vocational School board of directors on whether the internship of the student in another associate degree program will be accepted.
To examine the course transfers using the forms of the university within the framework of the relevant legislation provisions and to present them to the board of directors.
To submit the relevant file to the board of directors by conducting course exemption procedures.
He submits to the unit board by examining whether the courses and activities taken from programs that do not have a diploma program can be transferred to non-field elective/professional elective courses.
The courses to be transferred from a different grade system determine the value of Yozgat Bozok University in the grade system.
The operation of the student's SD grades examines the appropriate courses and presents the result to the board of directors.
The student who is referred from the programs examines the graduation examinations in a coordinated manner with the unit student affairs and conducts the necessary graduation procedures.
