The meeting was attended by Yozgat Vocational School Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Özdemir, Akdağmadeni Vocational School Machine and Metal Technologies Department Head Dr. Hakan Yurtkuran, department faculty members, and representatives from public institutions, organizations, and the private sector.

During the meeting, discussions were held regarding updating program curricula in line with sector expectations, improving practical training processes, strengthening on-the-job vocational training activities, and increasing university-sector collaborations.

The meeting also highlighted the need to increase the emphasis on practical application in course content, and to incorporate more projects, field applications, internships, and technical trips to improve students' technical skills. It was emphasized that the courses to be conducted within the scope of AGEP, along with applications aligned with the Flipped Learning model, would contribute to the educational processes.

The importance of effectively using digital learning materials in hybrid and online education processes was highlighted, and it was stated that taking student feedback into account in curriculum updating efforts would contribute to the quality of education.

It was decided that the external stakeholder opinions received at the end of the meeting would be evaluated by the departmental boards and used in the necessary curriculum update efforts.
