Directorate of Health Culture and Sports, established in accordance with the 46th and 47th articles of the Higher Education Law No. 2547, meets the social needs of the students such as protection of physical and mental health, nutrition, study, rest and leisure time in accordance with the plans and programs to be made by the Council of Higher Education, and for this purpose, it is responsible for opening reading halls, inpatient health centers, student cafeterias and dining halls, meeting, theater and cinema halls, sports centers, campgrounds and fields and taking necessary precautions for the students to make the best of these areas.
For this purpose, Directorate of Health Culture and Sports, which started its services in 2006, the year our university was founded; is a health organization, and a service unit to meet social, cultural, counseling and guidance and sports needs of students. At the same time, applications and researches are carried out in this field in order to support education.
In order to protect the physical and mental health of our students and staff and to make them useful individuals for the society, it is to provide adequate and quality level nutrition, shelter, health, culture, sports, psychological counseling and guidance services and to meet their social needs.
In line with the needs and purposes of our university, in all service areas; to be a pioneering department equipped with information and technology, using the resources for students and employees efficiently.
