“CINEMA FOR ALL” FROM OUR UNIVERSITY
The project titled “Cinema for All” prepared by our University Vocational School of Social Sciences Radio-TV Programming Lecturer Batuhan Kalaycı under the leadership of the Association of Cinema Literacy,which will provide film production training to young people living in Sevgi Evleri in Yozgat, was approved with the grant support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the trust of General Directorate of Civil Society Affairs.
In the project, which will last for 5 months, young people staying in Sevgi Evleri in Yozgat will be given training on the harmful effects of the media, Islamophobia in the digital world and short films and documentaries. All of the trainings will be practiced with the equipment such as cameras and drones to be obtained with the grant support.
At the end of the project, young people will shoot films with the assistance of students studying at our University's Vocational School of Social Sciences Department of Radio-TV Programming and these films will be broadcast as part of a premiere program. In the project, academic members from different universities and our University Vocational School of Technical Sciences Traditional Crafts Program Lect. Emel Çenet will give lectures on visual art history. The "Cinema for All" project will be organized in the official partnership of the Yozgat Family-Labor and Social Services Provincial Directorate as well as with the stakeholdership of Yozgat Governorship.20.11.2020 16:54
