As a matter of fact, there have been serious problems obtaining antibacterial liquid soap from markets. In such a period, we wanted to activate the potential existing in our Chemistry Department, which has a qualified place both with its infrastructure and faculty staff. By preparing the laboratory, where we are within right now, in fifteen days under the leadership of our Chemistry Department Faculty Member Assoc. Dr. Orhan Hazer, we initiated the production two days ago. We aim to produce antibacterial foam soap up to one ton daily and we use industrial hemp oil, which is our field of specialization, to add skin protection, moisturizing and skin flexibility features to the soap as well as qualities to bring positive effects on nail health. We aim to offer this hemp oil based antibacterial product, which is a Yozgat Bozok University trademark, depending on the demand.’’
